I'm never really a fan of party meals at the restaurant, which for me is a little impersonal. But what do you want in my family like that? That's why I had lunch in Fleurvil 25. A unique menu has been proposed this day, but with 2 choices for entry. I loved myself from beginning to end! Of course, the decor is veiled but there is a certain disappointing charm. We start with the aperitif accompanied by what to eat. Then comes the entrance: foie gras, jelly and small vegetables, a pleasure! The foie gras is good and served with toasted toast. Then it's the turn of the fish: the homardine turbo sauce, with real lobster pieces! Very fine and delicate. Halfway, a Norman hole in the marc of Burgun...
