Le Florence - Reservar una mesa

We had a little difficulty finding the Fleurance, as on google Maps it is show in the centre of Fleurance, whereas it is actually about km to the north. We were impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Our room (a deluxe double) was spacious and clean with a huge bed and a view of the garden. Unfortunately the weather precluded us from using the swimming pool! The breakfast was excellent with eggs cooked to order by the proprietor himself. We did not get a chance to eat in the main restaurant. Parts of the hotel were a bit dated and one section was still in the process of refurbishment. I'm here for lunch several times as it's close to work. eating is right and also the waiter service. but today I had a very bad experience with the manager when she came to give us the bill. my credit card didn't work, and then she started talking to me on a very aggressive and rude way. after a few unsuccessful attempts I took another card, she threw the cards and put the phone directly on my face, fortunately it worked. I was shocked by her behavior, it wasn't clear to me when the customer was her or me! it is a pity that some people do not understand that the administration of a restaurant should be much more than serving to eat. madame, I recommend you to make a training to customer serv...
