Le Foubrac - Reservar una mesa

Not quite a five because we didn't have the best of tables (were seated near front entry across from the kitchen door).Nevertheless, service was quick and kind (when our server knew our spoken French wasn't strong, she easily switched to English).Beers were tasty, cold, and fairly priced. The burger choice was huge yet also fairly priced. My only disappointment was the fries. A little overdone, pushing very dark brown with a number of smaller broken fries mixed in.My only suggestion would that you either drop a few of the nonlocally named burgers and/or add a Wrightville burger to honour one of Hull's founding fathers, and add perhaps the General Montcalm to honour his name legacy. I had come before and I wanted to take the opportunity to bring guests from out of town, took a long time to get anybody to take our order, after we ordered, the fries were phatetic, I asked her to change them, they bring the same ones, one of the burgers was not supposed to have mushroom or onions, he spotted the mushroom and told the waitress and she took the burger and just remove the mushroom and brought the same burger, then he found the onions, he manually removed the onions himself, they were going to do that. Freaking BAD experience, I will not be back and I do not recommend this place at all, save yourself a headache and go somewhere else, there are lots of flies inside also.

Great little spot for a fresh and tasty burger. A large variety of burgers offered on the menu for all tastebuds. The weekly/monthly burger is always intriguing.•The chicken Rio Grande remains a favorite of mine. the Oktoberfest sausages are also a great option.•Fries are golden brown and crispy and the dipping sauces are delightful. The curry one is simply delicious. You can pretty much customize to your heart’s content. Highly recommend. Wish they would offer a delivery option.

The 4 cheese poutine with beef and mushrooms was a custom request I made, and was simply the best poutine I ever had. Service was fantastic, and the atmosphere was quaint and cozy. As a newcomer to Canada, I had a positive and memorable experience. I'll be back to try other items on the menu. Also had the bread pudding for dessert, which was good comfort food.

We absolutely LOVED this restaurant. It is a MUST eat at if you are in Ottawa or Gatineau. It was the best meal of our trip! Wow! And the service was literally perfection some of the nicest humans work there We rode our e bikes over from Ottawa. What a magical day. I had the Parisienne burger and we had the BEST mac and cheese in our lives. Merci!!!!
