Amateurs de grandes tables et de restaurants étoilés, nous avons passé hier soir une soirée exceptionnelle à Montceau les Mines au restaurant Le France. Nous avions choisi le menu à six plats et l'avons accompagné d'un champagne délicieux. Je dois reconnaître que de la première à la dernière assiette, il n'y a eu aucune fausse note, la grande qualité a été constante. Délectation, plaisir, éblouissement, je ne trouve guère de mots à la hauteur de ce feu d'artifice. Nous avons appris par le charmant maître d'hôtel que Jérôme Brochot opérait seul en cuisine, ce qui est encore plus remarquable ! The extreme kindness of the chef with good discussions at the end of the evening definitely convinced us that we will come back to taste these culinary wonders! Nous avons passé un excellent moment . Les plats étaient délicieux avec un excellent rapport qualité prix vu la qualité des produits servis . Très bon service. Les vins que j ai commandé n étaient plus disponibles mais le chef a conseillé deux autres vins dans mon budget qui étaient divins . Top !
Lunch for two in a very pretty setting, note the pan-fried scallops and sublime veal fillets. A warm welcome and attentive service, to finish off a little visit from the Chef at the end of the meal. Well done !
It was twice that we came and were able to enjoy a tedious brunch the buffet was varied and copied for 48 euros with a cup of reception. Drink more. I feel like revenge is back to the view of a few comments.
Excellent evening everything was perfect for the service and dishes of Mme Brochot.... As every time it is a real pleasure to taste these aromas of subtle flavors....very good champagne too. Wait a minute.
