What an amazing hotel and restaurant in the heart of Alsace! So glad we took the advice of other travellers and gave it a try. The highlight is the food… a very professionally run restaurant with local dishes cooked with great care and served in a lovely contemporary dining room. The chef is very talented. The wine list showcases some excellent local wines at very reasonable prices. The breakfast buffet is simple but fresh (excellent croissants, bread and local cheese and ham as well as cereals, yogurts and fruit . We were seriously impressed with the food. Very nice restaurant. the setting and service are pleasant. We took different meat dishes but each time the sauce was the same which is a little pity but the accompaniments were good. dessert was very good, too, we'll probably become!
