Came on vacation to Royan. You have been the only place where I have been truly disappointed and horrified. No respect for customers from the bouncers of this bar transformed into a nightclub. It's a shame for the private security profession, you deserve sanctions for the various attacks you have carried out on the two clients and ourselves in passing. The staff is absent in a landscape where music reigns which breaks the ears and where, moreover, we cannot hear each other speaking. Disappointed. Too many people inside. No room service. Music too loud, it's not a club though! Cocktails meh, mojito to avoid no rum in it. Dirty tables. I had to clear the drinks from the customers before myself and take them back to the bar. Security agents not friendly, and aggressive towards certain customers including one thrown violently onto the road. In short, a place where I will never return at all. We ended the evening at the Pontaillac casino, much calmer and more pleasant. And the mojito was excellent.
