Dish of the day....cordon bleu....a 'trick ' probably bought in a grocery store such as Père Dodu bathing in rancid fryer oil...A poor lady alone in the service and in the kitchen (good 5 covers in all ' chanting that the only good thing that could happen to him would be his dismissal...to flee!!!! Despite our late arrival and without reservation, we were welcomed without problems. The dishes are rather copyy and good, and the fast and smiling service. The campagnard room is large, with melted formulas and a raclette at will. On the other hand, I find the rates of the à la carte dishes a little excessive for a brewery.
