Le Golf - Reservar una mesa

This is a restaurant that I have regularly attended over the past six years and it has never failed to offer very good value for money. The atmosphere is warm, the staff friendly and the food is excellent. The set menus offer astonishing value for a modest price. Today I sampled the set menu for 15€ and was delighted. I chose a deep fried goats cheese salad as entree and the lamb shank as main. There was no room for complaints, both were excellent. My companions had fish dishes and desserts, same story, excellence is the norm here. I highly recommend this restaurant. There is a huge parking area next to it which is necessary since access otherwise would be difficult.

The location is great, nearby the golf course, and they have a large terrace allowing drinks and dinner outside. They have a menu with a large choice of dishes, as well as a la carte cuisine. Wine list is modest but good: we had a pleasant Sancerre and a great Gewurtz. Unfortunately, the service is very slow and disorganized. The young lady was profesionnal and courteous, but the speed of service needs to be reviewed indeed.

It was an absolute joy to visit Le Golf. The staff was super friendly and nearby anytime you need anything. I had fish, and requested no potatoes. I was served an delicious haddock with loads of flavor and texture. Highly recommend from my side.
