homemade! such is the motto of this friendly and unavoidable gastronomic institution!We must say that everything (or almost) is made "at home": bread with abats, jams with smoked salmon, sorbets with velvets...The welcome ( frequent by the boss) is smiling and good child, the setting is traditional. menus and à la carte dishes are at very affordable prices (the visitor's formula at 18 euros, entry, dish and dessert is unbeatable)the plates are rather copied, the flavors (from the terroir especially) are respected and sublimated. A note: sale of bocaux of certain dishes offered on the take-away card. A beautiful address and beautiful work!
As every time I pass to the gourmet, I leave a review. This restaurant is a treasure! an exceptional quality/price ratio especially for the 18-euro menu, extra fresh and extra good products (special pavement with smoked salmon home that my 10-year-old son has eaten), the vegetables are cooked in an extraordinary way: I can even enjoy the black radish! service is friendly, patience with children is put, the boss is jovial and rigolo but not heavy, frankly, what address! bravo, bravo! (all is done home, run! for the price of flunch.)
an important and likely quality card. the head of calf caught our attention and really we were not disappointed. this calf was really royal; composed of veal ris, tongue, and other lean pieces, we enjoyed the gribiche sauce. The presentation of the dishes is sought, including carpaccio rum pineapples and the coffee garnished. the boss is in love with his profession, it feels and his welcome of great simplicity makes want to come back because other dishes await us.
