relying on the praiseworthy comments of trip advisor on this restaurant in guingamp, I made myself confident with my companion for lunch. barely sitting, we inform you that only the menu at 15€ is available so useless to make your meal via the card! Of course this information is not listed at the entrance of the restaurant so it is to take or leave, or to leave its table precipitously without order. not being studs, we decide to opt for this meal without any possible choice. So we are served a persilded ham, vinegartte herbs, a stirred apples, great mother sauce (the poor one, she has to return her , she is in the final very disappointed despite the smile and speed of the staff and the decor...

very good reception by the owner, friendly and dynamic, who makes us discover the aero with a little more ... the insects to nibble?! then, in the mouth, a real discovery, astonishing and pleasant. Gourmet cuisine, the chef speaks with love for his work, the entrance with a nem to fall on the ground, a sublime reddish cocotte, with a pepper that has taste, the chocolate nugget as dessert, a real delight to discover! a real and tasty surprise this restaurant, staff at the top!
