This bakery makes very good pastries and good pastries, all homemade if we believe that the plaque placed at the entrance of the bakery (This becomes so rare. It was a time when it was my favorite dessert, but I was so disappointed by many accomplishments proposed by various pastrymakers that I had stopped eating.
