We had lunch at the Grill in prelude to an afternoon at the hotel’s spa. Like the rest of the property, the Grill is a charming, shady place and with ... a real grill where cooks work. We enjoyed delicious dishes, e.g. Cabillaud with virgin sauce although the piece could have stayed 1 more minute on the grill) , traditional, or totally unusual, such as the one between avocado burned with its black garlic cream. Very appreciable, the presence of salad in dishes filling, which is non-existent in the region. Note fries probably made to the pan because crispy and not fat!
