Our expectations were too high. We made a reservation via the site five days in advance and mentioned out of the five guests we would wish for two a vegetarian menu. And asked for a proposal. We did a follow up call three days before to double check. All good, feasible and we will have a proposal. On the night, when choosing the menu, the vegetarian starter would be a surprise and as main course ravioli with truffle (which is the standard menu as a starter). The appetizers and starters were excellent (especially the foie gras candies and ravioli. The duck and fish dishes were of excellent quality but lacked an accompaniment to satisfy the taste buds. As for desserts, we had the gourmet coffee and it was a real delusion from start to finish (especially since there is a supplement, ... We had glasses of wine to accompany the starters and dishes which were of good quality. Finally, the decoration and maintenance of the place is not optimal and we were placed next to the table of 4 people where we could hear their discussions more than ours. Overall, very good products but disappointing experience for a Michelin restaurant.

Wunderbares kleines Restaurant in Aran, das Essen, der Service, die Weine aus dem Dorf und das Ambiente waren perfekt. Ich muss sagen, dass wir uns über alles gefreut haben. Die Preise stimmen mit Restaurants mit ähnlichem Standard überein, wenn nicht sogar besser. Wir sind kürzlich zu Ann Sophie gegangen. Bild In Lausanne und der Guillaume Tell ist besser ohne Frage. The quality of the service is very good, customer centric, they really make everything for you to feel comfortable! I went with my 3mo puppy and the first thing they did was to bring her a bowl with water. Also I saw they prepared a special dish for a kid on the table behind us. What about the food? Amazing! The view and setting is incredible. The restaurant is incredible. The menu is quite amazing regarding the price quality. Amuse bouche are delightful with great atmosphere. Finally the staff is great and kind. I recommend strongly
