with my husband, we've been to the 1-star hitt at the michelin for a while. The evening that should have ended in apotheosis our stay ended in nightmare. We took 2 discovery menus with lean tartare in entry, correct, then undressed lobster, green curry ravioli, shell press emulsion, coconut milk. from this finished dish vomiting, then nest pigeons of mme dublanc, immangeables, nervous not cooked, return of the dishes then fresh garigues, lemon, sesame mangoes liquorice, nesting, again vomiting. My husband had diarrhea, both sick for two days, it could have been worse. 175€ with a leognan pessac. courage, flee this restaurant, talk to your friends about it is serious. no delicacy after the meal after telling the boss and his wife to have been sick. I asked for a glass of water, I had half a bottle of Evian, I was taken with a glass of warm water from the tap, not even a free infusion or a reduction on the unthinkable note for a 1 star at the michelin. The boss avoided us like the plague, the chief still had the courage to come to see us, and listen to us. for us on the noon, the first menu, that of the "market or the day" must somehow be the entrance door of the restaurant in some way what must lead us to go back to taste something superior. So we took the first menu and it's a catastrophe. just worthy of a classic restaurant and again. unsipid scrub , gambas without flavor for the rest service ole , ole . a non-existent sommelier , with no responsible spitted at the tile in brief not terrible to be said 1 star gentlemen of the michelin see you are deceived unless it is necessary to take a menu at 60 € but ... we will not take the risk ps : believe me I am the habit of stars .

we had taken the discovery menu, with its four very copied dishes, and its accompanying glasses. your order is carefully taken according to your tastes. delicious lean tartare, excellent lobster recipe. Two small points to know, avoid the fourth wine offered, too soft to my taste, and normally if you take fish, I think they will change the plates that made me think of the "renard and the stork". an address indispensable to gourmets.

a stop at the hittau is a must for us. the terrace is pleasant.The children can play in the park. A friendly service of quality .the chef's cuisine Y.Duc is full of taste, flavor, creativity, passion .on feels that his products have mijotéon loves!
