Probably my favorite gourmet restaurant in Metz, to try absolutely. The cuisine is really excellent, refined and subtle, really from the level of a starred restaurant, I have never been disappointed! Everything is as beautiful as it is, the menu that is regularly renewed will surprise you and delight you for sure. The restaurant is in a really privileged setting on the ground floor in a large house in the style of Master's house in a park treed in the middle of town and which offers parking spaces. One sober and bright room. The number of tables is limited, the tables are large and well spaced between them which will guarantee your peace and comfort. There is a calm olympian which will delight your meals in love as well as your business lunches. Staff are particularly welcoming, caring, helpful and professional. What to say about this establishment except that everything is perfect. The kindness and professionalism of the house mistress and waitresses are omnipresent. The tasting menu highlights your taste buds with all the more refined dishes. From amuses to mignardises accompanying the coffee, everything is exquisite. This is the fourth time we dine in this restaurant and we were delighted each time by the dishes offered by the chef. Thanks again for having us spend this great time.
