Le Jardin de Josephine

If you ski with your family (and pay for them all) like this place, I have dug it the fat spoon of St Martin, but this is unfair for the food. It is led by a beautiful mature Sicilian lady named Maria, who... in love with my five-year grandson gave him two ice creams for his desert at each of the three occasions we had eaten there. The place is modest, the food is simple, but very nice, Maria is a joy and takes care of you as well as she does the locals who are regular and the prices are far lower than usual, we have ever eaten in the three valleys. It looks at the bottom of the tow lift and is a small jewel.

I meant to review this sooner, sorry to the guys at Josephine's!What a lovely find - great food, fabulous service, lovely setting. Really enjoyed our lunch stop here in St Martin. Definitely worth the trip over from Courchevel. Wish we could have gone again but the snow at lower levels was deteriorating. Hopefully we will make it back next season.

Warmly welcomed to a nicely decorated alpine restaurant with a great ambience. Local speciality dishes well prepared and presented. Service was friendly and extremely accommodating. Good selection of local wines reasonably priced. We will certainly return.

Ambiance savoyarde contemporaine, cuisine régionale mais pas que. Les assiettes sont plutôt bien servies offrant un très bon rapport qualité/prix.Equipe de salle très souriante mais devant s'organiser.

Good alpine food made the Sicilian way, excellent pizzas, ideal for children. We love it as it is so cheap and up to Earth. The locals love it too, so the food must be good.
