We booked to stay at the Parc Beaumont hotel and the reception staff highly recommended their Jeu de Palme restaurant so after a wander around town, we decided to eat there. They found us a table on the terrace despite no reservation and we proceeded to have one of the most delicious experiences of our summer travels. The Bourgogne Pouilly Vinzelles recommended by the waiter was absolutely delicious and refreshingly not overpriced, perfectly complimenting our amazing meal. There is a choice of three starters, three mains and three desserts as well as a gastronomic tasting dinner. Invited by my Love to celebrate my birthday in this French gastronomy place! A very interesting moment of quality dishes, an ideal service, a calm with a view of a small pond. A very good time, the dishes are refined and well balanced that we left without hunger! Thanks to the team at this restaurant to remember for a next visit to Pau.
First visit. Very satisfied: menu, choice, balance, quality, finesse, subtle and refined flavours. A small flat for the green and garlic entrance of the bear. Otherwise all excellent. a young, pro and listening staff in a cozy but a little cold.
