We just spent 6 nights at the hotel kastel after a very delicate moment for me. I found exactly what I needed, an intimist establishment, to the neat decoration. our room with sea view, just exceptional, where there was nothing missing, small attentions (café, tisane, renewed water every day. the bathroom, perfect, with shower products and shampoo. We didn't test the food, but I'm sure it was at the great breakfast, served in the room every morning. If I can afford it, it's just a shame that the nespresso coffee makers are not installed in each room. Besides, I guess air conditioning, summer wouldn't be too much. We just got back from our two days of thalasso. We had dinner on Wednesday night at the hotel restaurant and what to say. we have never been so well eaten and served. a large dining room with well prepared tables. a menu that gives the water to the mouth. We took a following aperitif in the menu with input and dish (we were filled before we could continue on dessert). an exemplary service of servers, dishes very well presented and especially excellent. the waiter advised us the wines perfectly married with our dishes. very pleasant stay with a magnificent setting, stunning views of the sea, spacious room with large balcony, impeccable hygiene, very professional and benevolent staff, hearty breakfast, restaurant menu with presentation art, taste quality and impeccable service. the thalasso is right next to it, a pure happiness, in a very beautiful space for well-being, a pretty duo that these 2 establishments, a notable human dimension where we have been taken care with goodness. We knew this restaurant and came back to it was a pleasure. lunch with extreme freshness with different tastes, beautiful decorations of plates. a little more quantity to our taste on the main dish. There was also a lack of heating in the restaurant room yet not friltuous the setting and decoration are very pleasant.

evaluates the hotel because restaurant is so well thought to stay; the 'Formula' lunch in the restaurant is excellent value, and beautifully cooked; they offer truly drinkable wines through the glass, just perfect for lunch.
some customers allow themselves to come with their dogs at the restaurant, which is dirty. otherwise the hotel is impeccable. the employee, very professional, listening. The man who served was not inspiring me.
