The night we dined here was a Sunday, only three tables occupied, so service should have been I suppose quite good. In fact it was terribly slow which was a pity because it rather spoiled the atmosphere. To compensate, the view from our table was spectacular,as we had a large window which overlooked a nearby river estuary. The food when it arrived was acceptable without being outstanding. Wife's sweet was rather a let down, summer fruits, smothered in rather too much thick custard. Would we go back? Sorry but don't really think so. Had a rather tired looking feel about it, however it may be better on a busier night.
