We dined at Kimana twice whilst on holiday in Jard Sur Mer and on both occasions we were all delighted with the food. The menus were very interesting and our waiter, on both visits, went to great length to give us information on both the...food and it’s preparation. The taste and presentation of the food was excellent with edible fresh flowers adding to the colour and taste. The fillet de Boeuf was cooked to perfection also the Cabillaud. I would recommend the Tiramisu to finish, not at all like the traditional dish but absolutely delightful. The blackboard dishes seemed to be changed quite frequently.
Four for dinner, two residents of France and two visitors. No starters, straight into the main course. Grilled hake for two cooked to perfection; duck breast a point and a choucroute royale- a stunning mix of seafood instead of pork in a perfectly balanced sauce,...with monkfish, prawns, scallops, scampi, mussels and white fish. Profiteroles offered with a choice of ice cream filling; and sticky dark chocolate cake , with a bottle of organic Rhone..... We sat outside in the warmth of the evening and agreed, this THE place to eat in Jard sur Mer....!
Went here for a family lunch, we all loved it, right on the harbour with indoor and outdoor seating, our waiter was very friendly and patient with our broken French, but when we both struggled he got the chef whose English was great! Food was...fabulous my wife had 1KG mussels and me and my son demolished the seafood platter, they also do a kids menu which my daughter appreciated. Prices were good too

Three people at our party. all happy with their food delivered in a contemporary and friendly fashion. the bark was cooked nicely. beautiful menu choices, although for those with limited French skills, it can be a little difficult to navigate. beautiful selection of drinks....King of eating inside and outside with beautiful environment. worth a visit.
My wife, two daughters and I have come to Jard for the past eight years and this remains our favourite restaurant here from the seafood to the desserts to a nice regional wine selection, wrapped up in friendly family service it's a cut...above the port's pretty decent array of restaurants..
We have just eaten here, one having moules marinaire and the other moules au curry, both with fries. Portions are good and proper potato chips. Couldn’t be more satisfied. Tres bonne.
good French cuisine with friendly service and comfortable atmosphere. English is spoken what makes life much easier if they are like me not fluent in French

average food, most of the menu is made with frozen fish (at least ceviche and thunfischtare). the prices are correct and service efficient.
Excellent fish restaurant but also serving other dishes. happy to provide a veggie main meal for me. Well presented and served.
