Nous avions découvert par hasard cette brasserie l'an passé et nous y sommes revenus cette année : aucun regret ! (Nous sommes jurassiens). Un service excellent, très bien organisé et les sourires en prime. Découverte d'un vin blanc succulent (Morillon Blanc de Jeff Carrel). Un super rapport qualité/prix. En entrée la salade Colibri est très copieuse, les couteaux sont parfaits (prenez-en 9 sans hésiter). La Parrillada de poissons avec des Saints-Jacques est une véritable tuerie et la viande d'Aubrac très tendre et goûteuse. Le Baba au rhum est vraiment très bon. Une adresse à retenir sans hésitation.
Quand nous sommes de passage à Rodez et que nous cherchons un resto pour dîner, aucune hésitation. Réservation très facile. Accueil rapide. Service sympa, pro et rapide. Quand on demande quelque chose, on ne l'attend pas pendant un quart d'heure. C'est super appréciable. C'est bien dommage que l'appétit nous ait quelque peu manqué car les plats étaient très bons et bien servis. C'est rare d'avoir 5-6 morceaux de lotte dans un plat. Cocktails excellents et là aussi bien servis. En résumé, une très belle adresse qui est devenue un incontournable pour nous.
So glad we chose this restaurant. It is the most memorable on our trip to Central France. We both had different seafood meals and they were exquisite served with what you expect a good French restaurant to serve as an accompaniment. We chose a superb bottle of wine again the most memorable and I have to say not the most expensive of our trip. It was a delight with our prawn dishes. So good I peeled the label off in the hope of finding it again - alas no. The waiter commented on our good choice of wine and only after tasting did I see why.

Took my mum for a Sunday lunch...actually she did in February. Lovely restaurant lovely service and we loved our food. Well presented and fresh. From the starter to the dessert. Super! Merci. Will come back.
