Too bad the reception was so cold. The person behind the counter continually pesters and attacks customers following an incorrect delivery received and returned. Not necessarily very soothing and pleasant when you decide to use certain postal services. When you run a business you have to be polite and respectful towards customers and welcoming, very disappointed with this experience, I will not go back.
