An ideal location in the heart of the village. But a very dated hotel which deserves the work in progress. We would have liked to have been warned... because the atmosphere is gloomy (torn tapestries...etc). Even if the room is large, the service and the condition of the room are not at all worth the asking price (no heating and low-end materials in the bathroom, very light breakfast with defrosted food, smell of old cigarette in the hotel entrance hall, poor sound insulation in the common areas). I hope that the work will be large-scale to correspond to the price displayed...
How to have such a disastrous welcome.reservation of 6 rooms when we arrived 1 room had been reserved, the receptionist blamed his family members for a misunderstanding of the reservation so conclusion return to Lyon 2 hours of driving and a wasted weekend. too bad for them 10 breakfast and 10 dinner that we will not have. On a beautiful summer day, sitting on the terrace of the restaurant Le Lion d'Or, I taste (the verb is not usurped), a cep omelet garnished with fries... tasty, runny as it should be, generous and delicious.... It is not beautiful the life....!!!

Passing through the Chaise Dieu, we had lunch at the Lion D'Or. Simple but good meal, a menu with choice for all, friendly and smiling team at the service. No complaints.
