Very disappointed. instead of bringing a carafe of water and bread on our arrival, as the servers usually do, the server offers water and brings us a bottle of mineral water. When I refuse the bottle to ask for a carafe, the waiter makes a 3km long head. The entrance was very good “perfect eggs”, just missed the bread we had to claim. A great deal of waiting before our dishes and despite this, my daughter’s wild boar daube arrived almost cold, we sent her back to be warmed. the polenta is said creamy that accompanies the daube was dry and the wild boar also despite the sauce. the fries house all soft, I had asked for a “to-point” ward, she came bleeding I couldn’t eat it. at the end the meal...
We enjoyed the interior decor as well as the hot terasse and its pretty bar. However, the kitchen does not end to our personal taste. worse impression when we take a dish in a dish with the edges break. very high concern about the temperature of foods that ruin the dish. We expect more Corsican specialties. It was pretty expensive, but on the other hand it was pretty copied.
