Le Manege - Reservar una mesa

We stopped by Besançon on the way back to Lausanne. Hopefully reserved a table one day in advance. It was completely full. You feel the Easter atmosphere, the good was elegantly prepared. The service was very friendly and efficient. It is really worth a visit.

River Doubs close by and La Citadel in the background, this has class and the food is good, well presented and tasty. They have a Michelin sticker but I could not figure what it meant, possibly considered for a star???? Check out the comfort rooms, nice touch

Very friendly staff with indoor and outdoor seating available. Service was very friendly but delivery of main course was slow. The mushroom starter was excellent but the salmon trout with pea risotto lacked flavour.

We really enjoyed our meal. The foie gras was abundant, the mushroom dish was delicious, and the rabbit and pork pâté was succulent. The other courses were good too but the starter was the best.

Beautiful place for lunch in good weather on the terrace. You can reserve a place online. Easily accessible by car.
