My experience was rather mixed. The kitchen, though good, didn't really surprise me. The dishes were well executed, but there was a lack of something that would really have demarcated them. However, what marked me most, is the price of the dishes. The rates were fairly high compared to what can be found elsewhere for a similar or even better quality. This undoubtedly influenced my overall feeling. On the other hand, the atmosphere of the restaurant was rather quiet, which helped make the evening enjoyable despite my reservations on other aspects. The service was also high, with staff attentive and friendly.
This restaurant is our go-to when we want couscous, tagine and bricks. Beautiful decoration that takes us on a journey. Good dishes, quite generous portions (there were even more pre-covid, especially the sauce and semolina), and good tea. The value for money was better pre-covid but it remains a good restaurant to this day. With inflation, that’s understandable. For a person in a wheelchair, there is a step to enter the restaurant, but once inside, the staff accommodates you by removing a chair from the table. THANKS.
