What a pleasure ! We were lucky enough to be among the first customers to arrive on the first day of opening. And what a discovery! We knew this legendary place in Mougins where we had stayed but there!! Nothing to see, an incredible renovation carried out by a renowned architect and decorator that we knew, Hugo Toro, who managed to keep the Provençal style by adding a touch of Tuscany and California. The interior decoration is splendid and, above all, completely new for me. The CLARINS Spa, with its beautiful indoor and outdoor swimming pool and of course the treatments always worthy of Clarins. We had the chance to meet the young chef Romain Antoine, who introduced us to his original menu...

We haven't returned since the new chief came. What a pleasant surprise. same place, beautiful terrace overlooking the valley of fat. young energetic and very attentive staff. Three people asked us if we wanted an aperitif. Lunch was excellent. After a cup of champagne and a chablis, we tasted two different amuse. a macaron with a smoked salmon mousse wow the meal. We started with a bagna cauda that my wife inhaled and I had a white tuna Mi-Cuit in herbal crust. as good as possible. We both had the palleville pigeon as the main dish. perfectly cooked and simply delicious. The breads were excellent too and the bread must be removed from the pumpkin seeds. a chocolate blown and cherries closed...

during our stay at the hotel the candilla mas, we ate here for lunch and dinner several times. the service is 5 stars and they offer a fixed menu of 2 or 3 dishes that is of good value for money. the wine map is reasonable and the location is exceptional on the pool overlooking the valley below. always very busy and some nights, animations are offered. after eating here several times during our week, the menu became a bit difficult to the end but the food was very good

No one answers when sending emails to the email address yet indicated on the site... I have a good gift that was taken before the closure and when I was pregnant and no one warned me of the closure of the place. Since I call and send emails without answer from them. a pleasant music evening, a breathtaking view, a friendly service and an average cuisine in this restaurant on the pool every Tuesday. I say average food but it's not quite correct. My T-bone steak was delicious and my exceptional gourmet coffee. Unfortunately my wife chose the scallops that looked and a very sad taste. We loved the experience but we'll both have the steak next time.

we stayed at the mas candille (hotel) and we tried the restaurant la pergola. It was a little expensive, but the culinary experience was very pleasant. We went twice. We first had the tasting menu for dinner and then the tasting menu for lunch. I personally preferred the lunch tasting menu. The food was amazing. what was very expensive are the drinks and wines we had.

Mas Candille has had a makeover, what a pleasure to see this emblematic establishment come back to life! The place is still sublime and the new decor is very successful! The restaurant by the pool is worth a detour, the welcome is very warm, we chose the lobster pasta, a real delight! Bravo and long life at Mas Candille!

We ate a relaxing meal at the end of the afternoon by the pool. food was very good and service was excellent. Sit down, relax and enjoy the breathtaking views of the countryside. I strongly recommend it to all those looking for casual cuisine in the mogin area.

What a nice place. we enjoyed a good dinner in this restaurant that has a fantastic atmosphere and views. the dinner was delivered with a first class service.
