I am very sincere because I am from the trade to the base, and I will allow myself to be objective, but be refused for the second time in a restaurant like that there on Sunday noon, while the restaurant is barely half full (or half empty) for the reason: lack of staff. Guests in the room are told to wait for the entrance for 35 minutes! It's a little abused, 3 servers for a service is enough, if the team is working properly in synchronization. We had to go eat at 1:15 in another restaurant, where on the terrace there were already 43 people for one waitress! as much as to say that we are disappointed. twice refused for the same reason on two years of summer vacation it hurts, but not for us....

we spent a night and took advantage of the restaurant: a good table, we enjoyed a lot. The kitchen is excellent, with a good presentation, attention to the customer, very reasonable prices. If you have the opportunity to stop there, do it!In summer the terrace is pleasant and in winter they have a beautiful dining room. we loved the place and will return with pleasure

We arrived at 2:30 pm, we were warmly welcomed and were able to have delicious salads (the Ardecho salad: a pure treat.) welcome to the top, the team is in the small care and the setting is fantastic. finally a big thank you to the new manager (comfortable) for his exceptional welcome. We'll be back!

next to our hotel stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the simple and delicious cuisine with a friendly service to the height of the hotel. we will return for a longer stay to enjoy the pool and see the whole team.
