While you had booked and they knew that we were seven there was almost nothing to order if it was the dish of the day: chicken needles... They are simply not professional. Noisy restaurant room, which is actually a self service, which offers very average quality dishes at a very high price. Sausage-frites is a simple Herta under vacuum, pastry is clearly defrosted. The only good thing is the piece of cheese that accompanies my soup bowl (6 euros anyway).
We came by chance. We were advised by the friendly patron saint and enjoyed a delicious flambé cheese for dinner. Her husband just as kind as her wife made us taste a local schnaps at the end of the meal. Very nice evening with local perfumes.

We left after 40’ waiting for a simple cheese omelette that never arrived despite 3 successive requests! Kitchen and service completely inefficient not knowing how to handle orders in order of arrivals. No excuse! To avoid.
For years matafan is the date! If you want to eat quickly at noon but warm. Stop at the matafan. It is self service at noon and restaurant at night on reservation. Never disappointed!
Lunch in the alpages with an incredible terrace view. A warm welcome from Mr. Jc Gaudin and his wife. Quality service and service for a very reasonable rate.
