Le Mattelie - Reservar una mesa

We ate at LeMattellie on the recommendation of Friend we were visiting at Easter.We were made to feel very welcome on our arrival. Service was very good and food arrived at very good intervals between courses .Food was of an excellent quality one of our party had the Black Angus steak Which was one of the best he had had my recommendation would be the desert Of sable biscuit with apple and kind of toffee sauce with ice cream words can not describe how delicious it was. It has to be tried. Excellent Chef .

We stopped a little late for lunch and were the only patrons at the time at Le Mattelie but were well served and had an excellent meal. Oysters, foie gras au pommeau ( an apple cider/ Calvados mixture found in Normandy), a poached pear for dessert (very nice) and a couple of glasses of Muscadet.

On a business visit I was fortunate to have dined here. The duck was most enjoyable. The waitress was helpful and could speak a little English, enough explain the menu. Recommended!!

Exellent restaurant ,very friendly people. All fresh ingredients, prepaired a CHEF worthy. The best place we have eaten ,during our stay in Normandie

The food was excellent.. Home cooked and done exactly as required to our taste. limited choice, good.
