Based on a few positive reviews we thought we would give this place a try for dinner as we are staying in Malakoff. I'm afraid it was very disappointing. The food was obviously microwaved and ridiculously overpriced. I think the owner was taking liberties with what he saw as an easy target. No itemised bill was given, just numbers added on a calculator with no explanation. Learn a lesson from us and stear clear. I would not recommend this place. It has unfortunately left a sour note to what had been a lovely holiday.
If you guys are in Paris and are looking for an authentic place where to feel the real parisian bistro ambiance, don't rush to the city center, just come in Malakoff to the restaurant le Métro. You'll find there excellent burgers, fish and a legendary and generous couscous which makes the reputation of the place. The place is run by a great team which will make its best to accomodate you. Besides, the place is children friendly, so perfect for a family lunch or dinner. Take the time to get there and enjoy.
Hey, it's Malakoff, it's the café du coin, and we were glad to find a nice authentic ambiance with a friendly waitress and an ok menu. Glad the had endives with ham that day. Not the best in the world, far from it, but acceptable. Café gourmand dishes were correct, but the coffee was de-li-ci-ous, almost Italian quality.
the best duck parmenter of my life!superb welcome, super good dish, homemade, copious, a delight. I don't even talk about chocolate mousse.I ate there by chance, I'm not from the city but I recommend to still for the warm welcome.

on the sun terrace, we ate a delicious couscous, copious, well presented with excellent meat a very good address because the boss is welcoming and very friendly
pleasant discovery: welcoming patron, clean restaurant and beautiful decoration, excellent couscous. fast service and small care. Everything was of quality!
