In the family, everything was very appreciated and vanished to others. The thousand eggplant leaf with its olive oil ice cream, the soup has the revisited onion, the melting pig breast and the broth of young shoots will remain engraved in our memories of fine gourmets. We all loved the marshmallow too.

Beautiful establishment in the village of Chambolle Musigny. A gourmet restaurant with a very good value for money. Excellent dishes with exceptional flavors and careful dressage.
