the frame is superb, a shame that the renovated brewery does not serve tasty brewery dishes ... we went there at noon and it was a fiasco ... first we were asked to take the same dishes to avoid work in the kitchen ! and then what disappointment ... no taste, no search ... as a seasonal salad, a large green salad with 3 grapes and 2 carrots ! the menu of drinks in the evening is nice and the planks also ... but be careful there is nothing to eat after 22h ... damage especially for dishes that do not ask for any preparation...I strongly advise them to go take classes or ideas in the French breweries, the story of attracting customers and to make fun to the bullies ....

Although this is highly rated as a great restaurant near Gruyere, it is NOT a breakfast spot as claimed. The two waitstaff on duty spoke no English which made it difficult to communicate that at we were there for breakfast, but eventually they brought...us a tiny pamphlet in French listing a few things to eat. There was no other customers in the restaurant and we eventually left without ordering. It took a very long time for the waitress to even come over to us. It might be fine for drinks, or entertainment, but definitely NOT breakfast!

service initially very weak. 15 minutes waited without being served. after but tiptop! very nice room, unfortunately a little poor. eat very well. we had club sandwich with salat and pommes frites.

Interiors are very nice and stylish. Fast and efficient service. Drinks too expensive, mojito was a real disaster.

I love this place I go there very regularly we feel really good.I recommend it to you without any hesitation
