We have been customers here in Lutry since the opening. But as prices rise in a stratospheric elevator, we go there less often. I just had a bad experience last weekend. Market day, a little hungry? A ham croissant. Sold for 5.40 to take away! This is a good seller and it will be difficult to find more expensive on the Lake Geneva region... More serious, the croissant is filled with a pink, compact and dry mass. Homemade? Worse still, the dough is not cooked, it remains soft and translucent around the stuffing. I have rarely been treated so poorly in an establishment where I am a client. I spent thousands of francs on birthday cake and other pastries but it is more than certain that I will never set foot there again. I stop there with my daughter and order 3 pain au chocolat and a sandwich. My daughter takes a few minutes to choose and the attendant makes us feel that it annoys her. I don't pay attention to it. The service is deplorable. All the customers looked at each other in the queue for bread several times, not understanding the way the waitresses spoke to the customers. For my part, I don't go back there anymore, knowing that right next door in Paudex, people smile, are friendly and the prices are not exorbitant. Here 7. a braid, 8. the cookie, really? Not acceptable !! I bought a mille-feuille in the Lutry pastry shop. What a bad and unpleasant surprise to see a praline buttercream instead of a real pastry cream as the recipe requires. Impossible to pay by card or Twint if you don't spend more than CHF 5. Just science fiction in 2022. It would cost the Moutarlier family too much. Given the prices charged by this brand, they must really be having a difficult time making ends meet.

Bakery with good bread options in the center of Lutry. Our favorites being the Nordic, corn and walnut bread. The cakes are delicious. The staff very friendly.
