We celebrated our marriage on September 2 at Volcan Sancy. For the occasion, we had privatized the restaurant and reserved all the rooms of the hotel. This event was organized a little in the last minute (first visit barely 5 months before the party, which makes it short for a wedding). However, everything was perfect thanks to the immense involvement of the room manager, Jonathan, who showed himself to listening, inventive, reactive. The whole staff (salle, household, kitchen) has always been smiling and pleasant. Special mention to the people who did the service at the dinner table and the chef who was able to adapt while he took his post after the surprise departure of the previous chief...
We had a night in this hotel on the return road. Very good reception, the staff was very friendly, the dogs are accepted without browing (two on our side. We were able to dine at the restaurant where food was very good and copyy. We didn't have time to enjoy the location of the hotel but it was ideally placed for us on the road. I remove a star because we had a rdc room that gave directly to the entrance of the building and so that was a little loud in the morning with the goings and comings. The shower did not have a curtain so small flooding at the end of the showers (I imagine that the room is perfectly adapted for people with disabilities
We spent 2 nights in this hotel with a room (#2) overlooking the very passing road. Difficult to ignore noise and sleep very disturbed. Too bad because the staff is super helpful, the place not bad. Good kid but not crazy. Very correct restoration, special mention for burgers with homemade bread
excellent reception at the hotel volcano sancy restaurant. We were soaked and frozen after a bike trip in the area. we went out dry, well fed, ready to roll until the end of the night! We'll be back!

Small weekend for a very nice wedding meal nice home slept in a mobile home just next to the hotel, very pleasant camping also.
I had lunch yesterday in this restaurant. I ate very well served by young, smiling and very friendly guys.
