We love this restaurant, it's the 4th time I've eaten there and it's the hotel of my heart, we spent 2 nights there two years ago, a wonder ! This time I was able to enjoy the magnificent terrace with a panoramic view of the mountain, the service very good, we took the famous menu 55 available only at midday during the week, very good, very fine fish as the main course at to fall !!! I am still a little disappointed with the delicious melon foie gras starter, nothing to say but the slices of liver were really mini-mini, it's a shame we're left wanting more, in the past they were much more generous, then the pre-dessert was a copy of the dessert that followed, too bad it adds nothing I think!...
The best restaurant in the area offers a great view, is open all year round and employs, among other things, a gifted pastry chef who knows how to really pamper us sweet tooths! I came here for the a la carte patisserie, but my expectations were more than exceeded. The service was also very warm and attentive. I was also impressed by the very hospitable reception; many other five-star hotels can learn a lesson from that.
What a nice evening with a great sunset, personalized service and good food. You feel like you are at the top of the world. its quite a drive from the village but its worth it. We also got a tour of the hotel after the dinner and the rooms are amazing, exactly the place where you want to spend Christmas. We will be back.
