Came for lunch. Parking a few minutes away. Friendly staff. All 3 of us had the daily menu that was: Carpaccio de poisson Salade d 'endive tardive Pecorino et vinaigrette à l 'ail des ours Tagliata de génisse Beurre Café de Paris Frites Légumes Mille-feuille aux fruits rouges Starter was excellent, a fish carpaccio and the steak main was superb with a great butter sauce. Dessert also excellent. The total menu was 55 francs that are appropriate for the area. Worth a visit.

Food was good, but expensive. The service was horrific. No one welcomed us on arrival and we had to wait 10 minutes before someone even said hi. The most important waiter was so rude and really made us a very unpleasant culinary experience.

Good quality, but a missed opportunity to return the same little green herbs in all dishes (Start, Main, Dessert). A little more variety would be better.

If you are a great quiet place occupied by Crans Montana, this is a wonderful option.
