One of the most expensive restaurants in the area, the whole experience smacks of class and typical French eating at the "correcte" level.A good welcome, choice of inside or out, by the mill pond, deceptively casual service which actually did the job quickly, efficiently, and with charm. Food was as you would expect from a good French restaurant, not a large choice, which means that everything is prepared by hand for each diner, from fresh local ingredients.My wife enjoyed one of the tastiest and most imaginative desserts she had ever tasted.Would certainly go back, but be ready to part with around £/E 150 for two.

Hello everyone 15 July I dine at the chalons mill.The batisse is beautiful combining gout restoration and modernity. We were greeted by a friendly and very professional staff. refined or qualite cuisine and quantite were at the rendezvous.I attended establishments or you were the victim of an endless waiting between each dishes, to the chalon mill the logistics is at the point. this restaurant benign with a very good qualite price.I recommend this establishment if you are looking for a refined cuisine in a superb site

This Sunday, we loved your new card. foie gras with peach poached on gingerbread, candy net with braised salad and grilled beef with white truffles, thousand-leaf potatoes etc... and succulent chocolate dessert for these ladies and lemon dessert more than perfect ... we told you our pleasure to be at your table and warmly encourage you to continue in excellence. the site of the chalon mill is always as beautiful and friendly .. soon

The Moulin de Chalons is a rural restaurant a little bit out of the way. The dining room is quite formal but not at all stuffy. The menu is more fine dining than tourist and the food superbly prepared. the staff are extremely friendly and service is efficient but not rushed, in keeping with the style of restaurant. I'd chosen this restaurant partly for the option to eat outside on a lovely terrace overlooking water. However, it was raining and we ate inside, but we weren't disappointed. High-class but friendly service; lovely surroundings; delicious food. Would definitely be on the list of two must-return restaurants in the area. The 'Menu Inspiration du Chef' was really good value - and we savoured every mouthful.

It's been more than 10 years since we've been in front of us without stopping us. This is done on the Friday of Ascension.Temps superb so lunch on the terrace on the edge of the pond.Very good cuisine, dishes very well presented. Very kind service.Break, a nice surprise hides behind this imposing building.Address that I recommend without hesitation and where we will return.
