Le Moulin Neuf - Reservar una mesa

We were staying here for nights and ate here twice. The restaurant is popular, the staff charming and the food very good. They made a big production of a special dish which involved wrapping fish in cellophane which was popular. The couple who manage...the hotel are hard working and ever present and the setting is spectacular. The lake in the morning sun with the mist across it, the birds of prey in the sky are all lovely. The staff seemed unaware there is a lovely walk along one side of the lake and another up through the trees behind the hotel towards the holiday village. The nearest other food and drink is Chantonnay whicn can be reached in minutes on quiet roads on foot. The rooms overlooking the lake have a small balcony which is great in the mornings evenings. , a terrace and a small heated swimming pool which is built into the rock. Breakfast is adequate by any standard and there's enough choice of cold stuff. Eggs are extra but only euros for two in the form of omelette, fried or poached and all in all we found our Brittany Ferries package including the ferry, a good one. The only drawback was the lack of storage in the rooms. The bathroom is very good with a lovely shower but apart from a small wardrobe with hangers, there are no shelves or drawers and we just left our stuff in our cases or scattered around the floor. Not a great problem but there needs to be more places to put stuff.

bedroom mattress has watch and especially remove hair and hair before putting sheets.un can noisy with the neighbor hears the neighbor speak . washbasin bathroom black dirty to clean.. shower background has cleaned lack of serious or lack of time to clean the room. . the well but long meal has been served . breakfast no fruit . attention in the room wash the table but not the cool chairs with the covid . no chocolate bread as croissants and bunny solden biscotte

Very good meal sitting outside on the balcony with a beautiful view of the lake. Meal very nicely presented and served well.

kitchen a little too fat, nice service the chef doesn't know much about local kitchen damage there is a filter to exploit
