It is the OL cap as one can imagine: a small room with large shared tables, the boss who comes to present the dishes of the day with his notebook, while explaining the subtleties to novices.All is good!!! the restaurant is at the foot of a traboule that the boss makes to visit at the end of service. The ransom of glory: it's always full to crack a highly recommended address where I will return my eyes closed during a next passage to lyon.
We were looking for a real cork, something to treat without being scammed. We opted for the museum that, from outside, does not break three legs to a duck. but the dishes are excellent. We really enjoyed it with a delicious homemade brioche sausage, and homardine sauce qunelles! the price is reasonable for the generosity of the dishes. if the room is a little bit exiguous, it offers a certain conviviality that is not unpleasant! Attention, you must at all costs book!!
The reverse of the tourist trap!!Bouchon really typical. small room where you can meet strangers at the same table, nice. The boss is really welcoming, the food is really very good. pig cheeks were a real delight. The portions are generous, being a big eater, I couldn't even take a dessert. Really a good address for yourself or to make discover the true Lyon cuisine!
I love the end-of-the-job mind of the boss and the friendliness of the staff. The dishes are delicious with excellent quality/priced ratio. Anyway, a place where I like lunch with friends or family.
