When I went to Valenciennes, I was looking for a gourmet table because the day we arrived coincided with my wife’s birthday. Not disappointed. Everything was good. In a point of improvement concerning the dishes that we have tested according to my tastes, I would say a little more freshness on the entrance on the foot of pig and an extra acidity hair for the Saint James. We wanted to take an entrance, a dish and a dessert each. In the end, we were already well filled at the end of the main dish. First of all I would like to thank the chef and all his brigade as well as the staff for having transported us the time of an evening, my wife has chosen this restaurant for my birthday and I thank her again because we have spent a magical moment, all the dishes we had the chance to taste were just synonymous with discovery, pleasure, childhood memories, and sweetness, this restaurant deserves its place to guide Michelin and much more.
