It may have taken a while to get to my mouth, but I’ve had the worst restaurant experience: First things first I was with a group of friends of love seafood and I don 't eat meat so Le Neptune was not my preferred choice of a restaurant and it was not until we asked if they had a vegetarian option before I agreed to go there. They gave me a choice between eggs or fries with salad or rice so I ordered the vegetarian plate (assiette végétarienne) with fries and salad. My plate which arrived 10 minutes after my friends had already started eating contained neither fries or salad but two fried eggs and an astonishing small amount of rice which tested like nothing but salt. My partner and I visited this restaurant around 2.30pm on a very rainy Tuesday. What a fabulous place! We chose items from the €18.50 menu and we're overwhelmed by the quality of the food. We had fish soup, steak, chips and salad and then for dessert, my partner chose a rum baba and I requested cheese board (which wasn't on menu but they didn't mind! . The waitress was very helpful and attentive. I can strongly recommend. It's typically French (I thought! , and was lovely to sit watching world go past.
Arriving at 9 pm in Binic on. a Thursday we were looking for somewhere to eat, the first place we looked was le Nuptune, a local told us outside lovely food, (he could have been a member of the family) we were hungry and tired decision making was not our forte. so we decide to eat here, 18.50 for a delicious meal it could not have been faulted, lovely staff , lovely food they played the blues !
