A wonderful restaurant in Le Mans with truly excellent food and a delicious starter with onion and eggplant tartare. To die for. The chef can really be proud of the fresh fish in a bisque. You want to lick your plate. The menu was accompanied by a delicious sancerre that was truly enjoyable once it was at the right temperature and made the fish swim back to your palate. The music in the store was a bit messy, in other words a bit random and that was somewhat distracting. The service was professional but businesslike. That said, we enjoyed a delicious lunch and would like to thank everyone for a pleasant afternoon. We will definitely come back...
