subscribed to their restaurant for a few years, badly the change of owner, it remains for me a reference to Nimes.menu around the exceptional duck. map of the super.seul bemol wines that makes me put that 3/5, c is the server often on its mobile, and that smokes during service in front of the entrance door. Too bad.
the aperitif and its flute of champagne, dessert, nothing to say. the entrances are succulent (the carpaccio of Saint-Jacques is to fall), the refined dishes, the desserts although very classic are also excellent. the service is impeccable, the pleasant atmosphere. to be done when you're passing on nîmes.

We didn't know this restaurant and it's a great discovery. the service is perfect, the tips adjusted, the plates are first a feast for the eyes and then a delight to taste. perfect at all points of view! We highly recommend.
a doorbell to enter, a cozy decor, a smiling waiter... what more? If a meal is just very good. plates in quantity just to be able to enjoy everything without hunger when leaving. a treat, fresh and very fair in seasoning.
