very simply, the food is excellent!!! the salmon tartar input an explosion of flavors for taste buds (moreover the portion seems a little bit small!) while the foie gras is a little less goutu. Beef tartar is excellent just like dauphinois gratin, a real delight. and the best is to come, the verrine whipped cream, raspberries and cookies break (we must love sweet things!). I don't recommend the tatin pie, the apples are bitter enough. otherwise a joyful experience!
