The Palermo, a restaurant in the center of Arras that is well placed to finish a day of stroll on Arras. It is part of the restaurants with a cellar that is very appreciable because original. After the visit to the Christmas market we had dinner at the Palermo. The frame is beautiful. We had a 2-year-old kid so high chair. The service was perfect. We ordered pizza and a child menu. Fried nuggets served in a hollow plate not very practical. Pizzas were excellent. The burnt cream was very good light and the excellent tiramisus. There was a dining table in the back of the restaurant. We had a great time. 26th per person flat drink dessert.
We have come happy to be able to enjoy ourselves in the Palermo, we have quickly delighted. The very badly cooked poultry, almost raw, and we were told that it was missing an ingredient 10 minutes after our order. When you hold a restaurant you check the stocks before the opening!!!! A very appreciated vaulted cellar frame. Good value quality price....you don't have to change anything: good diversification of the map. Served in good mood, smiling and jovial team... very good atmosphere.
