Le Palissy Chez Norbert

We had a table for 2 without having booked, a lot of people didn't get the same chance as us. Good reception, very good service. Entrance, excellent cabis, dish: sesame bonite with small green lemon zests accompanied by tomato dice, garlic and I don't know what well-stocked but discreetly more salad decorated with a balsamic vinegar filet; A marvel. Cheese cake, excellent. Drinking accompaniment, a local Maltéo IPA beer: very good without too much bitterness. If you are not far from Lacapelle Biron do not hesitate to call to book and spend a very good time there.

An improbable restaurant bar where you must stop for lunch or dinner. The map is short but only with local products worked perfectly by Chef Olivier. Duck Magret with incredible tenderness, hamburger of the absolutely fabulous chef, half-cooked foie gras to fall, fries with beef fat (and yes this family originates from the Belgian border)... And what to say of the boss, the chef’s father, a real gastronomy and wine enthusiast with whom I have taken great pleasure to discuss. Thanks again for your welcome. We will return, that is certain. The entries are delicious... the grilled cabbage and salad the Palissy. In the perigorddin hamburger dish, a real treat for taste buds and fries houses a delight like all dishes so yes there is a bit of waiting but the quality that it prepares and it is worth waiting and then it is the holidays... A beautiful discovery... warm welcome. Thank you.

Since I discovered this restaurant, it's impossible to come to this corner without eating it. The dishes are always so delicious! Bravo to the chief! Very nice boss! Next year with pleasure!

Small table but large kitchen. A stop more than recommended the boss welcomes you with his smile and his gouaille the foie gras and the magret are to fall. Very nice step. We'll be back.
