We were in town after the Tour de France. If you’re staying here, there are very few options for dinner. We decided to try Al Dente since there was no other viable option at 8pm. First, it took the waiter more than 20 minutes just to give us a menu. He then rushed us to order and then forgot what we ordered and had to come back. Two of us had the pasta, which was borderline inedible. One of the other guys in our party ordered steak that was covered with fat and lukewarm gritted. When we asked for another round of drinks, the waiter snapped at us and said we should finish what we have first and then we sat for 15 minutes with empty glasses.
