My parents and I had lunch in this beautiful establishment where we were able to enjoy the most prestigious menu (starter, main course, dessert, I don't remember the name) with the foie gras starter. In 2022 we were perfectly served with generous quantities. Unfortunately, in 2023, the magic has evaporated. The quantities are reduced and the icing on the cake is that we are served flank steaks (cleverly camouflaged under an excellent sauce with morels) instead of beef fillet as indicated in the menu. A shame, when the waitress brings us a label to prove that it is a beef fillet! Not very smart when we were able to see that the other tables had been served with the appropriate pieces of meat... We came to this restaurant every year before restocking our water, but we will now skip lunch in this establishment, to say the least superb in terms of its layout and its museum.
