This was a backup to our backup. Many of our first choices for restaurants were closed for holiday or were booked fully for the evening. After strolling about and not finding anything that looked interesting, we threw in the towel and went here. We just wanted some food in our bellies before going to sleep. I went there alone in the morning around 9AM on a weekday because it was right across the street from where I was staying and I was just starving.I had a classic breakfast set menu (ham omelettes, juice, coffee, salad) and pain au chocolate. Total 14.40EUR Menu has English translation and there was an English speaking waiter who was nice. Food however was below average given this was Paris. Pain au chocolate was actually great though. we were on the terrace which is rather pleasant but the server is the caricature of the Paris server that we no longer want to see: not smiling, room, not friendly. What saves is the caesar salad that is correct.
This was by far the best dining experience that I had in Paris. I had the foie gras and ribeye steak, and both were great. My waiter, Chivas, provided excellent service from start to finish.

My favorite place on Paris. Drinks are good, food too. Pizza is really great! With very advantageous prices especially for the neighborhood. I highly recommend

Drinking coffee was fine, not very special. The table was delicious in the sun and out of the wind. It's a pretty busy road.
